For the Sake of Justice

Justice was a four-month old puppy living in Pleasant Grove, Texas, when someone doused him with lighter fluid and set him on fire.  After suffering third degree burns over 70 percent of his body, he was taken in by DFW Rescue Me and given emergency care, and then transported to Texas A&M for further specialized treatment.  Sadly, Justice died on April 13, 2012, due to complications associated with infection.  However, there's  a bright side to this story...  In the context of the efforts to save Justice’s life, we at EchoPoint Mortgage saw what people can do when one of God’s creatures is in need.  So, we’re joining forces with DFW Rescue Me to raise money and awareness for The Justice Fund, which has been established by DFW Rescue Me to provide medical care to abused animals.  Specifically, EchoPoint Mortgage is going to donate $150 to The Justice Fund for each residential mortgage it originates between now and September 1, 2012, plus a special bonus amount if an additional 1000 people “Like” our Facebook page during this timeframe.
